Chaplain Paul Lynn is passionate about helping you reach and sustain unlimited resilience by training you how to use the Pathfinder Resilience Tool.

Paul Lynn
Author and Primary Trainer
Paul’s primary expertise is advising leaders, training resiliency, marriage and trauma psychotherapy, coaching, and pastoral theology. Since his retirement he has been teaching Pastoral Counseling at two graduate schools, speaking on podcasts, public venues, and churches. He is working on a Doctor of Ministry at the Institute of Lutheran Theology.
His experience in resilience comes from decades-long military service as a U.S. Army Chaplain, first as an Airborne and Special Operations Chaplain, and lastly as a Family Life Chaplain. He has deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, Kosovo, and Eastern Europe. He earned a Bronze Star with the 82nd Airborne Division in Iraq.
Prior to his military service as a Chaplain, he worked in higher education administration as the Dean of Men at the University of Valley Forge and as a Senior Pastor. He is an executive-level entrepreneur. After his retirement he was the Minister Care Lead at the PennDel Ministry Network, which supports over 1,100 ministers in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Most recently he was a Department of War Contractor at the Pentagon with Nemean Solutions. He served as the Program Manager, supervising 9 employees as well as being the Soldier and Family Ministry Policy Analyst for the Office of the Chief of Chaplains, U.S. Army. He is a published author.
